Aon's International Retirement & Investment team runs a series of webinars on key local topics around the world. The purpose of the webinars are to help those governing, managing and overseeing retirement plans to understand hot local retirement topics and key changes in local legislation. They are aimed at both Finance and HR employer contacts at international organisations with global, regional or local responsibilities.
Our webinar on 13/14 October will focus on France, Spain and Italy, and will be chaired by Stephen Finley from Aon's International Retirement practice in Germany. He will be joined by local leaders and experts from Aon's France, Spain and Italy Retirement Practices. The session will be run in English.
The session will provide an overview of state, industry-wide, company and personal retirement provision in market; explore the current trends in each market; highlight the impact of recent changes in retirement legislation (including the Loi Pacte in France, and the potential replacements to Art 39 plans); and identify how employers can support employees save for their retirement.
As many people joining the call may have Europe-wide responsibilities, we will also provide a short update on Portugal market developments and the latest on the Dutch pensions reforms.
