2019 Benefits and Trends Survey
Our Benefits and Trends Survey is now in its ninth year and again draws on the responses of 200+ participants across a broad range of sectors and company sizes. This year we have introduced new questions covering changing workforce demographics, the differing needs and expectations of generations, and changing policies for the various forms of parental leave and pay.

We release our UK 2018 DC Pension and Financial Wellbeing Survey, which shows that the ‘squeezed middle’ are worried about not saving enough for retirement. We also state our belief that the DWP consultation on CDC is a key step in improving the UK pensions system and release the findings of our 2019 Benefits & Trends Survey.
