Japan Benefits Study Participant Agreement
Terms and Conditions
The entity requesting the services ("Client") agrees to participate in and submit data for 2022 Japan Benefits Study (the “Study”) no later than 30 June, 2022. Client agrees to submit on-time, complete and accurate data (the "Data") according to the input requirements for each Study.

Aon Solutions Japan Ltd. ("Aon ") shall treat all Clients identifiable Data submitted to Aon as confidential. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client agrees that (a) Client may be listed in the results of the Study (the “Results”) as a study participant and (b) any non-identifiable Data may be used by Aon to produce the Results.

The Results are copyrighted by Aon. Client is granted a limited license to use the Results for Client's personal and internal business purposes only, upon the following terms and conditions: (a) Client will not sell, assign, rent, lease, distribute, export, import, act as an intermediary or provider, or otherwise grant rights to third parties (including contractors, consultants, etc.) with regard to the Results or any part thereof; (b) Client will not undertake, cause, permit or authorize the modification, creation of derivative works, translation of the Results or any part thereof; and (c) Client agrees that Client will not remove, obscure, make illegible or alter any notices or indications of the intellectual property rights and/or Aon’s rights and ownership thereof, whether such notice or indications are affixed on, contained in or otherwise connected to any Results. Client is granted a license to copy the Results for Client's internal use only. Client agrees that any portion of the Results that are copied, reproduced, distributed, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, photocopying, or otherwise, for the use of any third parties (including contractors, consultants, etc.), shall (i) be used only in connection with services being performed on behalf of Client, and (ii) be returned to Client upon completion of such services. Client agrees that neither Aon nor any of its respective affiliates, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Client relating to or resulting from the use or reliance upon the Results. Aon reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Study at its discretion.

Client further acknowledges and agrees that (a) Aon may use the Data in combination with other data for statistical or analytical purposes provided that no such Data identifies Client or Client’s employees; and (b) Aon may transfer, process or store the Data provided by Client in connection with the Study globally, including destinations outside the jurisdiction(s) in which the Data is collected by Aon, other Aon group companies or Aon’s affiliates third parties engaged to provide services or support to Aon. By submitting the Data in connection with the Study, Client agrees to such transfers, processing and storage of the Data, and acknowledge that Client has received all authorisations from any individuals necessary for such disclosure.

Aon and other Aon group companies will use your personal information to contact you from time to time about other products, services and events that we feel may be of interest to you. All personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy statement.
